Italian Chef Nickolas Rizzo has been fine-tuning his skills cooking all over the world.  Nickolas, his wife Katie who is also a CIA-trained chef specializing in pastries, and their young child now call Las Vegas, NV home.  That means residents and those visiting Las Vegas can now experience a fine-dining experience as you’ve never experienced before.

Cooking Classes

Our Private Chef services are just the beginning of what we have to offer.

We also offer cooking classes for adults as well as for children.  Our cooking classes are perfect for groups of friends looking for something new and excited to try in Vegas, for corporate team-building events, and for children looking to learn proper food prep and cooking techniques at a young age.

The Rizzo’s

Nickolas Rizzo was born and raised in Italy. He was trained in Fine Dining kitchens around the world and is fluent in Italian, French, and English. His attention to detail and love for food was passed onto him by his grandmother who he spent many days with in the kitchen growing up.

His wife Katie was raised in a big family with four younger brothers and loved cooking from a young age. She attended The Culinary Institute of America for Baking & Pastry and received a BA in Management. She has worked at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills and the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas.

They both met at the White Barn Inn in Kennebunk, ME. Together they have served many people including former President Bush at his estate in Kennebunkport as well as Patrick Dempsey at his family house in Maine.

Together they enjoy serving guests as private chefs and giving experiences in private homes.
